3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Europe: 10 business days
Rest of the World: 15 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs processing, local postal services, and public holidays.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. If any additional customs fees apply, they are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please follow these steps:

Verify with your local postal office as they may be holding the package.
If the package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your building concierge.

8. Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim it, or refusal to pay customs fees, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
